When I turned 18 I wanted to get a tattoo. When I went into
the shop picked my design the tattoo artist needed to see id.
He saw my birthday was Feb 29., and the day I went was Feb 28.
He had told me that I wasn't quite 18. He made me wait until
12:00 a.m. So it was March 1. I told him when there's no leap
year I get two birthdays, because leap year babies are so
special.

Comments about removing Leap Day from the calender. It is
mostly older people complaining..well when you get to be that
age you should already know about leap year or to be so old
that you forget what it is soooo..Leave it alone!! It's bad
enough and special that we get a birthday every four years!
